Free local delivery for orders placed by 1pm weekdays within a 10km radius & excludes large furniture items.
All other items will be delivered the following days unless prior arrangement.
We use Australian Regular parcel post up to 5kg. All larger & heavier items will require a quote by Australia Post or courier. If you require express post let us know and we can add the additional costs before shipping.
We guarantee that all products will be posted in excellent condition and are packed properly to exclude any damages. Roma Gift & Gourmet will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
Australia Post Regular Postage provides a tracking code so that you are able to track your parcel via Australia Post. Delivery times are approximate and dependent on your location. Please contact us if you would like to use Registered or Express Post and Insurance 08 99215525.
International deliveries: the risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost or damaged and therefore we recommend you consider taking out International Insurance. Please contact us if you would like to purchase insurance and we will provide you with a quote.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Sadly for any reason you wish to return your product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your items and return them in 14 days if the item is undamaged, unworn and in excellent condition. We can give you a store credit for the items but unfortunately you will have to pay the postage of the return.

Jewellery should be treated with care, avoiding being knocked, bent and scratched and ideally kept in the original boxing.
Alcohol has a colour dissolving effect - take off jewellery while using perfume, hairspray and deodorants. Perspiration damages the surface. Jewellery should not be worn in water, swimming pools, the sauna, spa, solarium or during sporting activities.
JEWELLERY WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS
In-store Jewellery will have to be discusses with the suppliers & designers to assess the condition before repair or replacement. Jewellery proven by the suppliers & designers to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 6 months after the date of purchase. This warranty is offered in store and any warranty claims to be made directly with the designers and manufacturers after these dates. ** Please note that different warranty periods apply with different suppliers.
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling or improper use. Tarnishing occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning is not covered by the warranty.
Products that are no longer covered by a warranty or are damaged as the result of mishandling or mistreatment will incur a repair fee, freight charge and will not be eligible for replacement.

Return on unwanted items
Credit is available on returned stock which goods must be unused or unworn & in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
We cannot have returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. No returns on SALE items.
Any item received as a gift from Roma Gift & Gourmet, cannot be redeemed for a monetary refund.
